Hotel services
PUHiT "Hotel-Tur SZCZECIN" Spółka z o.o. is the manager of four large hotel facilities with total number of 700 accommodation places. They include one-star "JANTAR" and "PŁONIA" hotels in Szczecin; "STAROMIEJSKI" in Stargard Szczeciński. , as well as Travel Lodge "BRYZA" in Świnoujście. These facilities offer tastefully and functionally decorated suites, single and double rooms with bathrooms, single and double rooms with washbasins, as well as cozy restaurants, conference halls, guarded car parks.
Diversified offer of the company's hotel services is targeted both to individual guests and tourist groups, sport groups, youth, students and employee groups. Teenagers, seniors and families with children are welcome to the Świnoujście "BRYZA" throughout the whole year.

Rental of apartments
The Company has 36 2 room apartments located in the residential-hotel building "PŁONIA" at 3 Uczniowska Street in Szczecin. We still have free apartments. Monthly rent payment covering all fees amounts to 864 zloty for 2 room apartment. Furthermore, there is a possibility to obtain housing allowance.

Rental of functional premises and office premises
"Hotel-Tur SZCZECIN" Spółka z o.o. rents out premises for service activities in the hotel facilities/restaurants, hairdresser's saloon, solarium, gym, sauna, exchange office, etc. / as well as office premises in the HT Office Centre at 3 and 4 Smolańska Street in Szczecin. We offer rooms with total area of 7, 9, 17 and 18 m2 for the price from 26.20 zlotys to 28.70 zlotys per 1 m 2 of surface monthly plus 22% VAT.
