Rental of office premises

"Hotel-Tur Szczecin" Spółka z o.o. rents office premises in the neighboring buildings at 3 and 4 Smolańska Street in Szczecin. Office centre HT is located in Pomorzany district in the direct proximity of tram and bus stops, as well as the registered office of Bank PEKAO S.A., in the neighborhood of the Railway Station and PKS Bus Station, as well as the town center. There are parking places at buildings. Facilities are monitored and supervised 24 h a day. They have phone communication and Internet access.

We offer rooms with the area of 7, 9, 17, 18 m2, located on 4 floors, as well as complexes of rooms with the area of 36, 45, 81 or 150 m2. The rate of rent is the amount of 27.20 zlotys or 28.70 zlotys per 1 m2 monthly plus VAT 22%. The rent for rooms on the 4th floor is lower and is 26.20 zlotys per 1 m2 plus VAT. The specified rent rates include all operating costs, in this utilities, i.e. electric energy, central heating, hot and cold water.

In order to sign the contract for lease , one should submit registration documents together with confirmation of assigning NIP and REGON number, as well as pay to our bank account security in the amount of two-month rent calculated with Value Added Tax.
